  Every time I come here our prescription is not found in their system. And then when it is eventually found, it’s a 40 min wait, even when the prescription had been sent several hours before. Times when the prescription didn’t show up at all (confirmed the provider sent it), employees were not helpful in resolving the issue with my provider directly. I was told to figure it out myself, which is super helpful when I’m standing at the counter with a sick child. We are switching back to Walgreens. People should be able to expect they can pick up prescriptions in a timely manner.
